Consisting of: L-Theanine, GABA (gamma- Aminobutyric acid), Phellodendron Root Powder, Mucuna pruriens 15% Extract (seed), 5-HTP (5 Hydroxytryptophan), and Melatonin.
Magnesium (oxide/citrate) 200 mg 50%
Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose and medium chain triglycerides.
